Refund policy

Return Policy

Please send the article to the return address within 7 days after receiving the package. Only shoe price would be refunded via Bank Transfer once the return package is received. The amount won't be refunded if the shoe is used already.

A customer can also open the package and check the product inside at the time of delivery before making the payment.
We do offer easy exchange and a return policy also.

Urban Act has the right to make the changes to these policies in future.
